I would LOVE for someone to ask Abraham about Katie and the work. The Work and Abraham are similar in the turnarounds. The turnarounds are, automatically, better-feeling thoughts, much the same as in "Power of Your Emotions."
That is worship, that is devotion, that becomes god, that is war - there is no room for truth in an unquestioned mind. So we experience the discord with our inner truth, manifesting it, so we can question it again. Thank U Katie !!
This interview is excellent. Josh posed great questions and hearing Katie's answers gave me a deeper understanding of the Work. For anyone who has stressful thoughts and wants to do something about them, this is a great video to watch. Thank you Josh and Katie.
You may not need the judge your neighbour worksheet. You could apply the four questions and turnaround of The Work to: "I need to know what to do"....
I love that idea that with each thought that we examine, and belief that we detach from - that's one less thought that a child can velcro onto, and that means a world that believes that thought less, and moves us all closer to a time without war.
Katie has said many times, "The work isn't for everyone." It IS for me though:)
