Oh shit! Who is responsible for the english subtitles? The english speakers must assume raumpatrouille orion was a space comedy. The attacking frogs that means in german: die angreifenden Frösche!

Yeah, in German they are called "frogs", too, what means: "Fremde Raumschiffe Ohne Galaktische Seriennummer" (in Englisch: "Unknown Starships without galactic serial number"). In fact it is said in German that they wanted to call the Aliens "Frösche" (Frogs), but it was too "terrestric", so they called them "Frogs" (what actually means "Frösche" in Englisch). In this way, the subtitles are correct, but they aren´t good translated anyway...
