  • @fresanchezrojas quem é vc.?

  • top 80's era ... cool song and be memorable because no more musicians like him now....mr.Phil Collins !

  • "In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. the song is extremely uplifting. their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock." patrick bateman

  • Hemosa canción I love it <3 And I love Phil too <3

  • je'taime...

  • Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where, uh, Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe.

  • i love this song bad

  • great music

  • Where are great songs like this one? The 80s was the magical time I am still missing.

  • @ArthurvManxCat bet you look more like a shorter, fatter, balder phil collins

  • @johnwaynegacy94 congrats asshole you just failed a life!!

  • @corkman666 I'm pretty sure John Gacy failed multiple lives but whatever. Still that raises a further point. Why is someone naming themselves after the number of Satan calling someone naming themselves after a serial killer an asshole?

  • @mimefan because the original point he made was fucking retarded, and so what if i have 666 as part of my username, Satan doesn't exist, Gacy did, so it kinda make him worse and your weird tangent fucking stupid

  • @corkman666 How is his statement 'fucking retarded' I think, say, Twilight sucks, does that make me 'fucking retarded' all because one doesn't like a band, doesn't make them 'fucking retarded' I think a band once sang 'one man's joy makes another man weep, nothing you can do is never going to change it.' Oh, and Christianity (predominantly most of America and Gary Glitter) would like to disagree with your statement that 'Satan doesn't exist.'

  • Do you recall, eas this used as the final tune in one of the Miami Vice episode long ago? (Tubbs old lover was killed in bomb explosition)

  • sempre que brigava com minha esposa, eu comprava uma

garrafa de uisque 18 anos e me trancava no escritorio e

    ficava ate altas horas bebendo...

  • Before i put my positive rank, the bar was showing 2012... WTF???

  • me emociona volver a mis 18 años!!!

  • @chambersgirl92 Because you can use this as an excuse with your boyfriend: "You know I love you but I just can't take this (his weiner)"?? Thanks for sharing though.

  • The voice of Phil Collins is magic to me.

  • @Koukinaba Not just to you... His voice is magic

  • The most moving pop song of the 1980's

  • I'm 18 years old and i really love Genesis Prog and Genesis pop. It's hard to find peoples nowadays thats appreciate Genesis songs.

  • just.. amazing song..

  • 19 people have got to return some video tapes.

  • 19 people were into that whole Yale thing

  • @IEatManure loool

  • i got a lot of respect for this mans music genesis are fantastic band had some g8 songs out now the music business is about the x factor and autotune. Forget justin bieber music fans phil is the real singer here.

  • The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your asshole. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it.

  • phill colins its one of my senseis since childhood

  • Comment removed

  • I love this song

  • Whenever I hear this song, I think of the mornings in a downtown taking a walk.

  • great song

  • great song

  • Most moving pop song of the 80's

  • 18 people kicked Patrick in the face.

  • Being "in too deep" is the scariest place, but is also where the magic is.

  • In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting.

  • my answer to the question in the description: yes, Phil Collins is an amazing artist

  • RAWR

  • Hallo I am Patrick Bateman and I approve this song.

  • @Bynkers83 i saw that movie today. epic scene!

  • @Bynkers83 I can't help but think about this incredible movie and his voice... so great acting...

  • Gotta love Phil !!!

  • i love listening to this music when ever i wanted to relax my mind great song nobody can't top it.

  • @MadnessWarriorKiller Yes, I agree!! I do the same thing when I listen to him too.

  • Personally, I think this is the best ballad Phil Collins ever did - and I'm including both Genesis AND his solo work!!

  • @boxofficegal79 thats because it was by far his best ballad.

  • That's what she said....

jk, I actually love this song

  • I have two ears and a heart, don't I?

  • i love phil collins

  • All that time I was searching, with nowhere to run to, it started me thinking,

Wondering what I could make of my life, and who'd be waiting,

Asking all kinds of questions, to myself, but never finding the answers,

Crying at the top of my voice, and no one listening

  • painful memories.......

  • I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where, Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. Great song and my personal favorite. AP lol

  • @NotTheWheel jesus fucking christ. are you serious? trick of a tail, seconds out. these albums were Genesis' REAL masterpieces.

  • @quillakiller Great songs, however in terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In that song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group.lol

  • @NotTheWheel

Bateman, do you like huey lewis and the news ?

  • @tylerdurden0005 Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercial and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consimante professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost.

  • @NotTheWheel

    Ok nice,

Now explain to me how much you love Witney Houston?

  • @tylerdurden0005 Did you know that Whitney Houston's debut LP, called simply Whitney Houston had 4 number one singles on it? Did you know that Tyler? It's hard to choose a favorite among so many great tracks, but "The Greatest Love of All" is one of the best, most powerful songs ever written about self-preservation, dignity. Its universal message crosses all boundaries and instills one with the hope that it's not too late to better ourselves.

  • @tylerdurden0005 Since, tyler, it's impossible in this world we live in to empathize with others, we can always empathize with ourselves. It's an important message, crucial really. And it's beautifully stated on the album.

  • @NotTheWheel

I love hearing you talk about music Patrick.

  • @tylerdurden0005 He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far much more bitter, cynical sense of humor. In '87, Huey released this, Fore, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip to be Square", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself.

  • @NotTheWheel I feel you

  • @NotTheWheel awesome..... I <3 Bateman

  • @NotTheWheel love American Psycho! Classic film!

  • @NotTheWheel

I'm french and I love Phil Collins, this guy is great

  • @DudleyStrongd only vinyl ! :-))

  • Phil collins was in a group called genesis before he went solo

  • wish there was lyrics

  • Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it.

  • wtf why is it called by genesis? >.> is that another name for phil collins?

  • best music of all time

  • one of best song ever from 80's

  • "...I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe..."

  • To answer you question, yes, I thouroughly enjoy Phil Collins.

  • it doesnt take much to love this kind of music...

  • Love Phil Collins to death. But that is one weird as hell picture of him!

  • @64roddan hahahahahaha UR right, but still lovin' him!

  • his voice , the whole group, the concerts with the originals, great music, great vocals, geat times, the best times ever

  • Wrong album cover XD

  • That´s the cover of No Jacket Required, a solo album by phil collins in ´84 or ´85 just before the extreme success of Invisible Touch in ´86 wich includes this song.

  • How could I ever forget...

  • NOW.... I WANT TO SPEND MY LIFE, JUST CARING BOUT SOMEBODY ELSE !!!!!

YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU.... BUT I'M NOT GONNA MAKE THIS.... :(

    Liss.

  • i listened to this song and it made me brutally beat up two prostitutes in my expensive apartment

  • It's wonderful:)

  • I LOVE IT

  • In Too Deep really is the most moving pop song of the 1980's :))

  • Comment removed

  • I love the quote from American Psycho in the description!

  • Thumbs up if this song made you happy

  • i'll quote bateman though, i jus cant help it: 'in too deep is the most moving pop song of the 80s'

  • @juandhaltrich normally i find it kinda weird when people just quote the movie

but on this video, it's sort of disappointing if you don't lol

  • @Te4RHyP3 and another thing: just look at the nick of the person who uploaded the video! not only a classy name, but also a MUST the need of quoting lines from the movie lol!

  • @juandhaltrich exactly, you completely understand

i would give you a hug if i could

  • @Te4RHyP3 lmao. thanks. "what I didnt understand was any of their previous work (on genesis). too artsy, too intellectual. it was on duke when phil collins' presence became more apparent. i think invisible touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. at the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. christy, take off your robe." yeah

  • @juandhaltrich there we go ! lol you have unleashed the power

  • really you have to be incredibly ill up in your head not to love prog rock genesis and to like much more their collins years. that makes sence why bateman was so fucked up. this is one of the symptoms !

  • i came to this video because of american psycho lol. i have to say though, im a big fan of prog rock, and, of course, A BIG FAN of the gabriel years of genesis. im one of those that say that phil collins threw away everything genesis had achieved until 1975. he's the one who gave a bad name to genesis. i hate it when people talk to me about genesis as 'oh yeah, that great pop band of the 80s! ' GOD!!!!!!!!! but damn i loved this movie so much LOL

  • I feel like I should get a deep lyrical analysis from this song, it's as though I should figure out what it's message is, but I'm not sure what it is. Either way, this is still a good song to listen to when a person is sitting on a park bench on a warm summer day and just thinking about their life.

  • This song is Amazing...First time i ever heard it was on Miami Vice Re-runs and then when I heard it on American Psycho I was like "Cool"

  • baby makin music at its finest!

  • sounds like water birthing music

  • I like listening to this song late night while driving on the expressway...Just you, the road, and phil!
