It is an 8 acre piece in the mountains over looking Parrita with a great view of the ocean. This property has some of the best views in the Central Pacific. A 270 degree panoramic view of the Pacific Coastline, Mountains, and Valley. It is located above the town of Parrita on the Central Pacific Coast, about halfway inbetween Jaco and Quepos/ Manuel Antonio. There is a simple Costa Rican cabin with electricity and water. recently reduced from $99,900.
@decaalv And most whites would agree with you. Too many Gringos in Costa Rica are making things difficult for natve Costa Ricans. They should be restricted. No hard feelings
This re-max guy is a good representation of the type of guys that have destroyed Costa Rica. The property value is so artificially inflated in price that Costa Ricans can't even afford to buy land. Even the well off ones. I knew it was over for Costa Rica when Wal-Mart opened up in San Jose.
Costa Rica indeed a good place for real estate investment. Offering great beaches, people who prefer to stay near the shore can consider Costa Rica is the best place for buying a property.
Baloney -- CR real estate is in the crapper now - 2010 - I love the country -- but CR real estate is going no where until the recession lifts its grip on the USA
@paulflute007 YEAH RIGHT, COSTA RICA DOESN´T NEED THAT FUCKING CRAPPY COUNTRY TO GROW UP, WE DON´T HAVE AS MANY UNEMPLOYEES AS USA, WE DON´T NEED YOU GUYS.
I think it's good for Costa Rica to have this kind of exposure since our economic stability depends on tourism, but now foreigners (US and Canada mostly) are pretty much taking over all the nice places either in San Jose or the Pacific Coast... at the beggining I thought it was good because it provided good income to low class families, but now they're building huge hotels and houses everywhere (Santa Ana, Escazu, La Sabana, Guanacaste) it's getting out of hand
Title Insurace, hummm there is more than 120 reasons why you need it. I bought a beach condo a while ago and I ussed the most reliable title insurance in CR, the agents of Chicago Title.
Nice Vid. I enjoyed it. We market properties and other things on youtube, we hope to create a large network of people interested in making money. Your video gets a five star rating from us. I hope you feel the same about ours.
whats wrong honey? you couldnt find a house in napa valley or Arizona, or Hawaii! how about alaska? that enough for ya or maybe PUERTO RICO? No! you greedy people had to come to a country that has always had a high standard of healthcare , education, economy and a stable goverment to come and bring your crap to it!
@LilLatinMama I apologise for what my white ancestors did to native americans. We were pretty greedy and stupid back then. Some still are. We need to leave people alone and mind our business.
of course who the fuck would want to live in communist US or GB inheritance tax 40% real estate tax up to 18% a yr . Idiots running these countries. All they do is cause outflow of capital to third world countries .
What a joke...do you actually expect people to believe you in a few years once the place has been over-inflated like it is now in all parts of the US?
It's a real shame such scam artists make so much money so quickly...I guess it gives people like the featured Re-Max realtor believe he's above it all and can feel like he's giving good advice.
Anyone who believes in this short-term scam deserves to be taken...like most greedy idiots who now cry for help to be bailed out.

Oh great! Now Latin-Americans can purchase expensive houses, or Americans do in those regions of the world... Do both groups actually have savings?

This is terrible, there will be a time where our beautyful country will belong to people from outside and they will destroy all our beutyful nature.
We cannot let that happen, please let protect our legacy and don´t sell it to gringos..!!!!

Yes, this as a half-Costa Rican -pisses me off!-
Because, this is how they screwed up Mexico- buy stealing 1/2 the land then buying the other 1/2...
& yes, I live in the U.S.- but I can't go live in Costa Rica & it's not fair.
It's o.k. what comes around goes around- we're taking over the U.S. ....

I meant BY stealing & then buying the rest of..- NOW- what are my chances of being able to live my family that are Ticos?
