How in a city ain't there a bus? in a little town you see a bus every 5 minutes in LC you must be lucky to see a moving bus at all, That your not driving.

I would leave the bus in the middle of the road so the police will have difficulties chasing me and borow a fast car, then run away.

You CAN drive people in San Andreas! Just stop by any bus stop in Las Venturas (in a Coach) and the citizens will enter your bus! No cheats, wors fine on PS2.
