Yes, there is an option to freeze the time of day. I was worried about this too, but I read the Burnout website and it allows you to keep the time of the day.

these are called road rules. You can own the roads online if you get the fastest time in the world.

Not to brag but I own all of the I-88 sections day and night time on bikes ;)

u need to take it down..... it comes past u somewhere then u need to take it down to add it to your car collection... that's what they said when u unlocked the car.. hope it helped.

You don't unlock them, its DLC. I know on the 360 version that when you start the game, It dowloads them for you automatically.
