  • Any of u argue about the origin of vodka.. I don't think so!!! it's Russian without doubt. However, it's made in Finaland and Sweden among other countries.

    Something similar happens with ceviche, a PERUVIAN DISH, that nowadays had spread across Latin America & the Caribean.

    Anyway.... enjoy it!!!

  • tuna tartare i've had, but that is meant to be eaten raw. Ceviche should be made with a firm white fish.

  • 2 thumbs up!!! Although you can find a form of cebiche all over the Latin America Pacific Coast, I will have to agree with you that the best known cebiche is the Peruvian! Take the freshest fish you can get,lime,garlic (or ginger if you prefer), aji limo (or chili),thinly cut onions, a mist of cilantro, salt and pepper and you'll get the basic peruvian cebiche!
