Cafferty is a local legend here. I was born in Reno. I was raised in Reno and Vegas. My dad was a managing director in a major gaming company. His casinos were located all around the state, so I would fly back and forth every week. Reno's schools are better than Vegas', so I went to private schools in Reno and flew to Vegas most weekends. Vegas has quite a few native celebrities and bands, but Reno only has 7 Seconds (which is AWESOME!) and Jack Cafferty. That's about it.

Jack is right about the UAW and the pensions. But WHY did GM management agree to these terms? Did GM management have the intention one day just say @#ck You, we aren't going to pay up?
