i grew up in FSJ, lived there for 23 years and i'd never seen a storm like this. incredible. i'm sorry that it did so much damage, but it was a hell of a thing to watch.
@DM2006800 after about 2 weeks they finally did. They considered me not having to steam clean the apartment before i had to be moved upstairs a "favour" from them lmao!
I live in FSJ :D also for those who dont know it FSJ is on i hill and it still had a flood hahaha i think it was cool except for all the poor people who had their basements flooded or had the sewer back up. also holy crap that was ALOT of water it was crazy also
Only in Fort St John will a flood happen and people go on like nothing is happening lol
@TheAntiVirus I'm new here and thought the storm was pretty cool, made a nice vid of the lightning.
The building flooding was unfortunate, but it's still surprising how everyone acts like it never happened, even though the totem parking lot is mostly a solid sandy clay now haha
It was pretty amazing watching a river flow down the street.

ugh i had to move three floors up in my apartment cuz of this damn flood, our whole apartment reeked!!!
