@bluetube147 older tv's give off a high pitched sound that many younger people can hear, and sadly it can be recorded. as you get older and your hearing starts to lessen even a little you cant hear that pitch any more.

The brain is super crazy. Not to be intrusive with language or mention of substance, but I can enjoy the sensation videos like this advocate for atleast a half hour per day. Yet, when I use pot, and try to get the sensation, I am unsuccessful. Simply because the receptor (unsure serotonin or dopamine) have recently been provoked by the THC. Super cool

27, very faint but I can hear it. Sounds like a TV is on it my house.

If you want to be super rad, look for an MP3 called mosquito (google mosquito ringtone) and use it as your ringtone. Most people will just see you pick up your phone and answer it from nowhere. Neat thing about the mosquito tone is that it cuts through EVERYTHING so if you're young enough you can hear your phone ringing even with heavy machinery running nearby.

@EngineerOfAudio Just interested to know; are you very young? I cannot hear the high frequency, and once you reach 30 or so people can't hear it. It's why they use high frequency alarms to ward off teenage loiterers in public places in some countries. So, I'm wondering if everyone who is hearing this high pitched sound is below a certain age?

@SOUNDsculptures Yea it does have a lot to do with how good/bad your hearing is. I myself have very sensitive hearing, so the high pitched ringing in the background was very 'loud' to me over top of the controller sounds.

I don't know if it's because I have big hands or what but I can't hold a controller like this, I need to use my index fingers on the triggers. If I place them on the shoulder buttons and use my middle fingers on the triggers it feels like the controller is slipping out of my grip. Either way, thanks for the video, I didn't expect it but for some reason it triggered my ASMR like crazy.
