I am willing to bet that is not Berenger, though they look a little alike, and certainly that is not Debra Winger. I am pretty sure Steve is the last man sitting on the porch. Also, Betrayed was set in the plains with large, flat wheat fields. This is clearly filmed in the east, with smaller fields, tobacco, and more rolling hills. It is just a video, though I read they used stock news footage of Vietnam for the helicopters.
