  • You are one of the most relaxing people I have seen so far. I feel glad to watch to your help , read your messages, although I am taking some quality long time to read this book on iPad.

The term you so appropriately allude to this emotional behaviour is so real, I became more sensitive to better myself with such funny title.

    Thank you.

  • Dr. Orloff: why people love to dwell in negativity & spread it to others?

  • And don't watch the news. Oops, I mean not so much!

  • YAY you rock!!!!!

  • I wanna get that book!

  • Wonderful advice. Thank you so much!

  • I am so happy that you made it on the show!

  • This is a great book..I just recently started to read it too!!

  • I just started reading Emotional Freedom and I love it. Thanks for posting this video.

  • All of us have done this -- or may do this -- on some basis. Between being overwhelmed by life and deficient in self-assessment, it isn't too hard to fall into needy, codependent habits where we demand unecessary and inappropriate affirmation. Prayer, meditation and active altruism can clean up these tendencies, while knowing how easily we can be unhealthy gives us greater compassionate for those we see truly struggling with being a "vampire."

  • @jazzbluesshaman I'd be careful with that 'altruism', Ayn Rand critiqued that stuff pretty harshly for the harm it can result in

  • Have the book Love it. You are Amazing! LOVE you Dr.Orloff.
