Wish I could tell you guys the title and maker of the music - but I lost the original MP3 and its metadata identifier in a TOTAL HD CRASH - Blame Western Digital!
Excellent vid crashman! As always. I used to see your vids on that other forum. In my opinion at 2:40 its a RC plane. No way the front gear could sustain such impact, why would the plane bounce around like that, where s the sense of inertia from its massive weight? Anyways great vid as always, keep it up.
You're right, that landing at 2:40 is just a totally digitally faked-up scene from a commercial. Good call. I don't remember why I even bothered to put it in there, except that it was funny and fools a lot of people.
Once again.............a great vid, if i croak in a plane plop i prey you include me in a vid, with some 80's trance for me ok..! My 15 minutes of fame wot ;-)
I'll try my best to catch your historic moment! Just always fly with a friend who carries a fireproof vidcam, it'll improve the odds tremendously. "Plane Plop" =LOL! Can I use it for my next planecrash vid title?
Thanks wiiplay, those guys were bummin' me out. Don't they realize they can make and post their OWN videos if they want to? Basliakis is Greek (Hey - Oxygenfflow to 100%, guys! Wake up- AAAAAaaaaaaa! ) and Smiert Spionem - a nick like that can even bum out James Bond.
Why not? I believe these serve an educational purpose, and I would be beyond caring about unhappy viewers. Except, the music would have to be really, really good. Seriously, I don't expect anyone but other rated sky sportsmen and pilots to understand these, although the positive comments far outnumber the negatives, esp. from the sky community. See for yourself. Over 1.3 million people have viewed my videos, (I mostly post them on pilots' boards) and their consistent theme is hardly a secret.
Precisely. A relative beginner doing a fairly low freefall jump without an instructor or buddy relying on his ripcord for the main. Complete main failure occurred, and apparently ineffective or possibly NO attempt to deploy reserve also a factor, I am told. Personally, I don't jump as long as the wings and tail are still on and at least some control surfaces respond to my inputs. I do have a ballistic chute on the ultralight I fly.
At 6:00, that was an amazing quick reaction by the pilot of that helecopter to avoid those power lines, because rotor blades and power lines do NOT get along. : P
That was a retro rocket system used for very short field landings but, was supposed to activate AFTER touchdown, not while still in the air. Hence the result you saw.
Yup, a Heineken comercial for the Football World Cup. Search for "Heineken Airbus" right here in youtube. Anyway, a funny comercial and pretty well made!
at 2:09, was that person that fell out of the plane?!

Is 5:06 what I think it is? A failed parachute?

And if you died horribly, I take it you would want the footage on YouTube yes? With fitting music of course.

Does Heineken have the right to use the Chinese flag (I think)?
It makes the Chinese pilots look incompetent because many people don't know that this is only a joke.

At 2:40, I read that it is only a commercial. Is it true? If negative, the chinese pilot should be fired.
