@articledonz I agree that its important not to go too crazy with genre and sub genre madness, but it's good to be able to hear something you like that you've never heard before and know how to find more music that sounds similar based on it's genre or sub genre. I.e.: "I don't usually like techno, but I love drum and bass." or, "I don't like funky breaks, but I like nu skool breaks."

@blondeoverseaswithiq Are you referring to "Crack House"? I don't think he's naming the genre as he would know this isn't even house. I believe that's the record label this song was released under. I agree though that it carries a negative connotation nonetheless.

@christoff10 This isn't house its breaks, or breakbeat to be more precise. Breakbeat is a big genre in itself and not all of it has the same sound as this but a good amount of it does. Amongst Breakbeat I believe this would be considered a newskool break :P
