We left the Big 12 because Texas and their puppies OU,TT,OSU started running to the PAC 10 for the last 5 years! And of course this year it appeared to be happening so Nebraska protected itself and it's sports program by hooking up with a much more complete conference! We left the Big 12 because Texas and their puppies OU,TT,OSU started running to the PAC 10 for the last 5 years! And of course this year it appeared to be happening so Nebraska protected itself and it's sports program by hooking up with a much more complete conference! Sooner or later Texas would have gone to the PAC 10 dragging OU,OSU,TT on a leash, but funny how Texas got their ass handed to them this year!

I haven't liked Pellini since he had the "deer in the headlights" look in LSU's "Katrina" game against UT, when they came back from something like 27 points down. Also when HE caused us to lose to Arkansas in '07. We had them at 4th and long in double-OT. It was an obvious passing down, and he failed to blitz the QB, and they got the first down.

Living in Colordao, in 2007 I witnessed the last game of the Bill Callahan era in which Nebreska lost like 65-50. Bo Pelini has not only cleaned up the mess Bill Callahan made, but he has developed all that raw defensive talent Callahan recruited and has made them into one of the best defenses in the country.
