The baptist are always tormented on there spiritual connection with god but but but give us a sec. you went to the DEAD one when the LIVE one is right across the street giving him some praise....so before you go to judging(sinning) on how your dance is better than the baptist remeber theres pentecostal churches out there who don't dance either I have seen a few but yeah but the BAPTIST can get there dance anytime,anyday,and any hour

@TheThestarplayer Does the faster the speed of the shout beat mean that it's more anointed...LOL??? And to your surprise & the surprise of many others, this is nothing new. Baptist folks (AME & other denominations besides just COGIC, etc) have ALWAYS praised God!!! Don't know where the stereotype came from, but folks just won't let it go?! Just like saying all black people are lazy, or thugs, etc. We know that's not true, but I guess all Baptist/AME folk are dead...LOL!!! COME ON PEOPLE...LOL!!!

@BaptistBoi It's just a sad thing that most holiness churches for some reason think they're closer to God. But a lot of Baptist/ ame are proving them wrong. Some even receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. I was raised Baptist, wouldn't trade it for the world!

Alright now...who says that Baptist people can't praise God in a shout? The church I go to shouts just like this when praises are going up, and we are Baptist too. @BaptistBoi We ova next door given him high praise with yall first baptist church bute st. in a blessed city called norfolk the of our churches aren't playing with it anymore and who cares about the speed but the baptist get way deep i'm going to come over there and visit you guys one sunday and put one in just look for the 15 yr old preacher in the black or tan suit getting it it with you!!!!!!! OH! and good luck on the renovation!

Oh and one more thing to add...I've been in some COGIC/Holiness churches that almost put me to sleep. It just depends on the people at the church, if they are open to letting the Holy Spirit have His way.

I've seen some comments about people being shocked that Baptists praise God....hmmm I don't know about yall but Baptists here in NC praise God and its nothing new. For every 2 baptist churches that don't praise God like this you'll find 10 that do... I'm apart of the NC General State Baptist convention so I know.

Right now...Rev. Dr. Thomasine Reid is serving as the Interim Pastor (the lady in this video) & she will have the opportunity to become Pastor after a year when a final decision is made, but that is still a lil ways off!! As far as the Homegoing service is concerned, I do have it on DVD but I haven't placed it online yet b/c I haven't gotten permission from First Lady to do so & I'm not even sure if she will want me to. She just came back last week so I fig I'd give her a lil more time b4 I ask!
