Here's an idea for a prank:

'Borrow' your friend's vacum cleaner. Do a little slicing and reverse the polarity of the cord that plugs in (in other words, + to -, and - to +. It's pretty simple stuff.), this should make the motor inside the vacum spin the opposite way it normaly does. When your friend needs to us the vacum, there vacum blows out dust instead of sucking it in, making their floor dirtier, not cleaner. The hack can be reversed easily, so no harm done.

Then wrap it up in shrink wrap so that it's water proof. suspend the phone in the middle of a tupperware container, about 1 quart capacity. Fill it with water and freeze.
