  • For the cherry picker it works your abs more if you clasp your hands together :)

  • I did 100 of those flutter kicks and I went up higher with my chest-part and did bigger kicks with my legs (like when one of my legs was down in the kick the other one was straight up in the air) and yeah I could feel my abs working :) great workout, thank you :)

  • shantae........i've been working in since last summer....i work out with my 110%....and i been eating healthy food..but once in awhile i eat a small amount of junk foods when i'm out with my friend....i seen to gain this muscle thing on my upper abs that doesn't seem right and my lower abs flabs won't go away......can you tell me what i've been doing wrong and how i can get the real tight flat abs like your...please get back to me as soon as possible....thank you

  • flutter kick, i had to do those when i was in the swim team, i hated them lol but it helped me swim faster(: but they were lower, ours had to be like 2 inches off of the floor

  • The thing about the arms not jiggling isn't actually true. When you tone, things do still jiggle, muscle does jiggle. So even guys who bench 240 (like my brother who is 160) his arms still jiggle, yet he has stretch marks from muscle growth.

  • For flutter kicks, a more advanced version I guess you could say is. Lay completely straight and using your legs as scissors so One leg is straight the other is about 2 inchs hovering the floor and then hold it for 4 seconds.< That's one set ( 25 sets)

  • @EChu3173 1 Set means to do that without breaks. So when she says do 20 push ups per set, that means do 20 push ups without stopping :)

  • i'm trying to get a flatter and toned abs, but that and my thighs are the only flabby parts and it always goes right back to pugdy after eating (of course). but another concern of mine is how do i get smaller hips? i'm kind of straight and i tried hula hoops but dont know if that helps, do u have routines for hip and waist?

  • For the cherry picker, if you clasp your hands together in a fist and touch the ground on each side like you usually would, it definitely works your abs more. Try it, you'll definitely feel the difference, hehe ^^

  • You said that your 5'7 but you don't look that tall. I have a friend who is 5'6 but she looks way taller than you.

  • @onlyangellol when your body is shaking it means your muscles are working so its not a bad thing. once you do more and get use to it, you wont shake as much.

  • @iiRawrrrx3 you are tightening your neck. stretch your neck beforehand and if it is possible keep a tiny flat pillow below to support your lower back which would probably prevent you from tightening your neck. (source - expert at hurting myself) :-P
