  • from my experience those colored plates are usually in KGs. They look like three 50KG plates which makes this a shit ton of weight. but i could be wrong.

    Just because there are 4 plates doesn't mean it's 405. Those are bumper plates and different color plates weigh different amounts. The Reds are probably 45lbs and the blues are probably 25's or 10's

  • Those are hanging cleans, not deadlifts. Clay is a beast!

  • @markeyjames22 No, a hanging clean is actually when you pick up a bar like that, and clean it from there, instead of exploding right off of the ground. hang cleans are great for shoulder muscles. Deadlift can be done with a hex bar, or just a squat bar.
