I believe in the Law of Attraction but I carry a $1 million dollar policy. Am I sending the wrong message to the Universe or am I just being prudent in taking care of what I can take care of?

@voldemort54 Good question. I think we all have to find our own comfort levels when it comes to things like insurance. I'm comfortable with not having any insurance except that which is legally required for my car. An extreme approach works well for me, but I respect others making different choices that work well for their comfort level.

For myself, I am tired of living in fear...fear of being hurt in relationships, fear of heights, fear of letting go of someone I really love and so forth and so on.....fear is not a good feeling and right now I am working towards ridding myself of this feeling.

...and further, since we're on the topic of "car stuff", the age group most prone to automobile accidents is 16-20. The glory years! Late teens. A time I recall having a sense of invinsibility and a "nothing bad will happen to me" mentality." As we mature we begin to realize that fear is a signal for danger meant to help us. What you are refering to I think is obsessive thinking which can distort any emotion to unhealthy consequences.

@freeze427 I've created a life free from an employer for the last decade+ but I dont' know if it's achievable for everyone. I'm self-employed and was guided step by step as to what to do because I am trying to live with integrity and create good karma. But I don't know if everyone's path is the same. To improve the likelihood of a good life I think we have to deal with our relationships directly and follow inner guidance.

@UnificationDotCom Thanks, I am working my way towards freedom from being a wage slave. I am working on my option trading business. I know it is possible to make a living but you need a lot of capital or I need a lot of capital to maintain my current life style. I need to build up at least 500k to say goodbye to my master. Sometimes I wish I could get there faster but the plan will take 5-10 years for me. Unless someone wealthy could get me there faster. Or the universe would just make it so.
