Upon reflection, I concede the point to you, and really without these rediculus stereotypes, comedy would turn BAD, FAST! Each to there own I think. I just prefer British humour over american, independant of my belief that US culture leaves a lot to be desired. Aside from anything else, if one finds something funny, one should watch said comedy and not become derisive of comedy one doesn't find funny.
