LightBulb! Would the benefit of Cannabis create less use of what insurance companies get in kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies? By legalizing Cannabis how much money would the Pharmaceutical Giants lose? I only use my insurance to buy my medications. I saved $3500 last year by dropping my insurance. If Obama would just tax and regulate pot like alcohol I would consider him the best president since Lincoln. He is not going to end pot prohibition this year since it's an election year but I really HOPE he will CHANGE the legal status of pot ASAP after he is reelected.
