Just installed this in my Trex 500ESP and it works like a charm! Default stick setting was at 100. Reset to 130 and it's just right for my flying style at this time. There are a lot of options to this system so read through the entire manual and then you can dial it in exactly as you like. I LOVE IT!
well i have a trex500esp 3g flybarless will this thing still work on it? because am trying to get something like that will it work so i can do fpv flying?
@DoNotuseEbid I fly with the stick priority at 150, which means I have total control until I take my finger off the stick. As soon as my finger goes off, the heli levels out, no matter what position it is in. You can set the stick priority to a lower number which will let it keep it more leveled when you are flying. It does help you fly and you will get better a lot faster... imagine not having to set it down or crashing for every little error... you can just continue flying...
I have the stick priority set to 100%.... I'm using the CPII as a bailout system, as I only crash when I'm flying upside down (trying too)... You can raise the stick priority so that you have more control over it, but at 100%, you have to overcontrol to get your desired movement. This thing works really well!
A good fix for all the wind noise is to put a piece of slightly dampen paper towel or cloth over the mic.

does this make it easier to fly or does is it just to stop inverted? like if i press forward will it fly straight and correct itself?

I think the basic start up level for the stick priority is around 75%.

Did you say you were fighting with it and that when you were trying to bring it back it was trying to level?
