  • I have one of these pieces of crap (3G). No signal in the house so it is only good for apps. No battery life for apps outside so it is only good for phone. can't do apps in a car accept GPS. GPS antenna sucks so not much good for that. I got my 3G about 6 weeks before the 4 came out. AT&T (and apple) will not let me upgrade to a 4 until October 2011 without paying $500. New customers can get them all do long for $199. going back to Verizon and Jobs can put his piece of crap IPhone up his A__.

  • Neither can I but we have to ask, if we have jailbroken our IPhones with the 2.2.1 firmwear, what does the 3.0 firmware mean for the jailbroken phones? WIll everything run smoothly or does this mean that we can't update?!

    Millions of people have jailbroken their phones just so they can forward text messages which should have really been a feature in the first place. I did it too. I still love my IPhone though :D

    Google Maps, yay, but no GPS functionality? Come on - if you're going to 'reinvent' the phone, GPS should be in there. Several high-end phones have it, so why not the iPhone?
