Nicely done. Ah yes, it's the Oscar Peterson arrangement from one of his books.

Which one of his books? I'd love to start learning this arrangement but I'm have trouble finding it.

Wow, I guess it's more obscure than I thought. It's by Hanson Publications from the mid-60's and probably out of print because I can't find it on the internet. It's called "New Piano Solos" and there's Book 1 and Book 2. Nearness of You is in book 1. I just saw book 2 up on eBay (searched "oscar peterson new piano solos"). Maybe Book 1 will show up there.
