Wow, I guess it's more obscure than I thought. It's by Hanson Publications from the mid-60's and probably out of print because I can't find it on the internet. It's called "New Piano Solos" and there's Book 1 and Book 2. Nearness of You is in book 1. I just saw book 2 up on eBay (searched "oscar peterson new piano solos"). Maybe Book 1 will show up there.
