  • HI! Can you tell us what kind of gold ( background) color did you use for this project?

Thank you foeer the answer in advance.

  • That was great. Will I get the same effect with card stock? I love the video, I thought it was going to be a big deal, but you made it look so easy, so I don't feel as nervous about using it.

  • could i do this same effect on my wall...i was thinking about doing it on my back bedroom wall, however i cannot find the specialist paint to do so ...???

  • WOW THAT WAS AWESOME!!! TFS

  • fyi:

don't use latex paint, tried that about 8 times without desired effect. use water-based acrylic. latex isn't brittle enough, it'll only stretch (latex balloons).

from experience, thicker glue layer means more, smaller cracks. thinner glue layer causes fewer, larger cracks

  • Gimme Shelter?!?!

  • Ooh I love this effect! I really like the spade, diamond, club & heart, they look awesome! :) x

  • Very nice video. The bottom coat was oil; what was the top coat, oil or latex? Could latex gloss be used on the bottom coat and a latex flat on the top? thanks

  • very cool.

  • One of the best finishes ever. I'm going to be doing this with guitars :)

  • Same:D

  • Send some photos after. I think it'll be awesome =D
