  • P&G is not a bad company but maybe they should keep and eye on some managers, specially Maureen O Shea (P&G Spain).

Some months ago, on my way to university I heard a boy talking to a friend and briefing. Maureen came as a new manager, and she didn't want him to continue. The reaons are long hair, he studied in a public university. Even his supervisor confirmed that. There's nothing to do with crisis. At least 3 new employes have been recruited (private universities, upper class, etc.

  • this thing of holding the soap or bottle in my hands is similar to a fire in a cave with two wet stones.. I am really waiting (this to have my next shower) a container connected to the shower itself and simply twisted it do-not soap leak in my justone.. there is already something stupid but good enough to start this project and is a filter for the shower with I do not know what funny stone any way it is on sale at JR and it is only useful as part of this more needed project.

  • Maraming mga trabaho upang gawin sa mga paulit-ulit na proseso sa sa maliit na kuwarto para baguhin o pagpapabuti, pabayaan mag-isa bagong pag-iisip and what we broadly call innovation.

  • Great!

  • Protector and gamble definitely do not innovate.

  • Anyone likes free money Got to: bit.ly\nDdQ3N Thumbs up if you like free money

  • Corporate greedy mother fuckers, occupy your mind!

    End P&G!

  • P&G products are priced high! The have been contributing to Conservative political groups per local Cincinnati News sources. The bottom line is while P&G employees are doing well, many of us are sucking it up and see our benefits like Social Security at risk due to the Conservative/Tea Party ideals. I think P&G needs to consider if they are wise supporting the politics of the rich.

  • This is the guy pushing for a drop in the corporate tax rate without touching any of the very generous loopholes and shelters enjoyed by US corporations. Supposedly it's to 'remain competitive,' but their competitors are taxed at the same rate. You can be sure they're cooking their books too, which is much easier to do in the USA than other countries. In short, he wants to have his cake and eat it, with the government/its people left to make up the shortfall. A right wing corporate stooge.

  • what was the new product they spent 12 years to develop and they were about to launch at that time?

  • @eduseve97 anyone know? I would love to know too

This video remind me of being back in college

  • The fact is that more than 600 companies manufacture safe and effective products that are comparable to Procter & Gamble's WITHOUT TESTING ON ANIMALS. When I called the company to ask if they tested on animals Jose LIED and said they didn't. Not only do they kill thousands of animals, but they LIE about their products.

  • Procter sucks, they blind idtheir workers taking them while they are in the University, fortunately I quit and look the real horizons out of Procter.

  • what's the most innovative product which you said towards the end of the video? is that out yet?

  • Comment removed

  • I work for P&G and have never once seen evidence of animal testing. If it still occurs, animal testing is most likely performed by contractors outside of the US.

  • i hate you

  • STOP TESTING ON ANIMALS, STOP WITH YOUR SLAVERY, STOP ALL!

  • P&G is satanic according to wikipedia

  • @darthsophia123 hahahahahahhaa... good source.

  • Great company. They have really done a lot for society. They treat their employees with dignity and respect.

  • I do not shop of anything made by proctor and gamble. The products i use are cheap as i can use little of (cleaning products etc..) and works even better and its better for the environment.Hundreds of thousands of animals are put in tiny cages in poor environments, tested on n then killed! And people support this for their own vanity? To me this just not seem moral? So yeh people give me the thumbs down 'cos at least im not sick to torture animals. You buy this you support that!Think about it?x

  • Are you crazy? P&G does not test on animals and you have no idea what you are talking about. You should do your research first. before making a remark like that.

  • @famousbamis12 maybe YOU don't know what you are saying... everybody knows that they test on animals, as THEY had said it many times.

  • @MissAnnoymous I totally agree with you. The disasters of procter and gamble are known across the world... I come from italy, a bit distant from usa, but even here some people say NO to their products.

  • Great interview.

One of the top influences for my ongoing assignment!! Thanks a lot HBS.

  • Stop killing and testing animals!

  • i think i love this guy... maybe i should be working for p&g

  • it is, cuz on the 1851 logo they had a man on the moon with 13 stars, & the critics later then claimed that the stars connected to form "666" ha....

  • PG is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @GDavidson87 p&g is the best because they don't care about environment an tests on animals? oh yes, i think that they are the best in doing this!

  • WOW dude u are really retarded

  • how so bitch?

  • This is a completely different decision making process compared to the Cisco way of John Chambers....

  • P&G its time to look up and see out to space there is more we can learn and made the biggest change in are world. oya im bigger then a customer. im a invention for the future i think

  • I admire A.G.'s perspective on innovation. However, I think CEO's role as a CIO, though important as it is, does not guarantee success of this practice in a big organization, especially if someone somewhere in the power hierarchy blocks this flow of practice. Just my 2 cent thought.

  • I can say that his practise is really a true reality within big corporations. however, a lot is lacking in service innovation. A truly differente approach.

  • very interesting insights and practice. cannot agree more.
