God is so good, I have been going through a divorce and really depressed. But when I learn these steps from you all I fill a weight lifting off my shoulders. i agree with you biggurl2fly07. how we do it is. start with left go up 2 step, put right foot next lean fornt, lean back, lean front, put rith foot back, spin around once and do the samething over again.
