Nice video, thanks for teaching me this! Right after i watched this video, i went to my fridge, got some marzipan and red color, and made 3 (hopefully) beautiful marzipan roses.
The process of making marzipan is not the easiest way. The ingredients are not hard to get though (Sugar and almond). To bind the ingredients oil of almond is used. I suggest you buy your marzipan in the grocery store instead.
When it comes to coloring the marzipan I use caramel color which also can be found in some grocery stores.
