Nice place to visit, but way too hot in summer. We went for 2 days last week, and it was 114F and 113F. The humidity is very low since it's a desert climate, so at least you don't sweat profusely like in Florida or Texas. The fall or spring time is beautiful there.

my mom is planning on taking me and my sister to las vegas ( as a graduation present) and none of us are into gambling and we don't really want to do the whole "club" thing.
There's loads to do in Vegas, every casino/hotel is basically a theme park. You can watch shows, ride rollercoasters, swim, see lions/tigers. You name it you can do it....its the entertainment capital of the world!!
The best hotel is the bellagio!! My least favorite was the circus circus. I walked the whole strip pretty amaizing !! The Luxor is pretty cool , Paris is so cute. !!!! And the food overall was amaizing !!!!
Stay in Mandalay Bay and leave at around 5-6 AM. You'll arrive at around noon or 1. That's the best time because you've had lunch and breakfast and you're not too tired to do shit. Mandalay Bay has a 3 level bar/grill/casino by their beach> And the beach is huge with a wave pool and lazy rive. And, Vegas, I hope I work there when i get older. Go Sin City!
njm is right more or less. I have lived and worked in Vegas for 19 years. Average earnings per year for a dealer $35k. NO JOKE. Now the valet parkers,cocktail waitress,bell-hops,make closer to $100k. If you are a dealer in a average casino,you are lucky to make 35K. I made more money outside of Vegas in places like Cruise Ships and Indian Reservations. Also there are some very nice communities there to live. They have Schools,Churches,etc. just like anywhere.

There's loads to do in Vegas, every casino/hotel is basically a theme park. You can watch shows, ride rollercoasters, swim, see lions/tigers. You name it you can do it....its the entertainment capital of the world!!

The best hotel is the bellagio!! My least favorite was the circus circus. I walked the whole strip pretty amaizing !! The Luxor is pretty cool , Paris is so cute. !!!! And the food overall was amaizing !!!!

Stay in Mandalay Bay and leave at around 5-6 AM. You'll arrive at around noon or 1. That's the best time because you've had lunch and breakfast and you're not too tired to do shit. Mandalay Bay has a 3 level bar/grill/casino by their beach> And the beach is huge with a wave pool and lazy rive. And, Vegas, I hope I work there when i get older. Go Sin City!

njm is right more or less. I have lived and worked in Vegas for 19 years. Average earnings per year for a dealer $35k. NO JOKE. Now the valet parkers,cocktail waitress,bell-hops,make closer to $100k. If you are a dealer in a average casino,you are lucky to make 35K. I made more money outside of Vegas in places like Cruise Ships and Indian Reservations. Also there are some very nice communities there to live. They have Schools,Churches,etc. just like anywhere.
What a blast in them days!!!

LV is the dirtiest city that I have ever seen... trash , dust dirt.. litter everywhere in the streets.. little mexican boys pawn porn ads on the corner Unfortunatly i have to travel to lv all the time for work and I hate it... Las Vegas has to be the shittiest place to live. Foreclosures way up, jobless rate is the highest in the state. The casino jobs don't pay shit and they treat their people so bad it is unbelievable. So many illegal immigrants hold jobs in this town and you know there are many diseases they carry. 0 rain, we are in such a bad drought it isn't even funny. I should make a video showing people the real Las Vegas.
