  • @londonfclub because if your body detects higher than natural testosterone levels it will take measures to lower it.

  • With all the steroid "gurus" commenting on this video its a surprise none of you mentioned the fact that H.C.G. can combat testicular shrieking during an AAS cycle. SHUT THE FUc* up its obvious none of you know what your talking about. 

  • there are weys to get much heavier and faster without steroids , it takes heavy weights and long rest peroids , if you do all that sports getting bigger will take you 10 times more because the energy you burn and the frecuence of you training is making work youre white muscular tissue that its for endurance the red fibers of muscle that are for strenght need long periods of rest

  • Elliot umm i'm 15 and i weigh 130. I'm big for a kid my weight... muscle wise. With a bench max of 190 lbs. Should i start taking creatine to help increase my maxes in the weight room?

  • @paintballerbmxer12 You should actually just continue working out and making your bench presses more intense, that works wonders. Creatine has an annoying side effect, the shits. But it is a good supplement, I guess.

  • @paintballerbmxer12 You're too young to even be bench pressing or taking creatine. If you're under 16 or 17 it can cause deformities and other side effects I forgot about... but I know it's bad for you.

Im going to make sure i tell everyone one i know under 16 or 17 to stop pushing anything because it simulates bench pressing and it will cause deformities. Good thing you told me about the creatine also, right this moment im stopping my younger sibling from eating red meat witch contains this dreaded poison creatine. Never push or press anything and surly dont take creatine or eat red meat unless your over 17.

  • @crazynoob11 hah how am i too young? Creatine is found in red meat. And i believe there are like 8 year olds benching now a days. My school wouldn't offer a strength class if lifting was bad for people under 16.

  • @paintballerbmxer12 I know it's in red meat. That doesn't mean it's good to take it from a container in scoops. You're too young, you shouldn't be in a rush to get muscle, and your school doesn't know that, doesn't mean they're right by doing that.

  • Quit arguing about taking steroids and what Elliot said. At the end of the day, Steroids are drugs, they are unnatural - your body wasn't made to need steroids in order to gain strength. Steroids have their side effects and Elliot discourages the use of it for our own benefit.

  • @strengthcamp For this guy to have any noticeable testicle shrinkage he would have to b on 1000 mg+ a week which is too much for a beginner. He is also too young to start a cycle so i don't even know why you are talking about steroids. Lastly since when do girls care about testicle size? Have u been using your balls to penetrate girls all these years? :D

  • @Colimus thats bullshit, the only thing required for the testicles to shrink is the lack of need for them to produce testosterone. when a higher dose than what the balls are suppose to produce come from an artificial source, then they slow down production, if this continues then it eventually stops producing and the testicles start shrinking.

    testoteron is only one type of steroid anyways,

  • IMHO, the number one technique for gaining besides diet is working the big muscle groups first during every workout. Work the chest, the back and the legs first and do it every day.

  • @BestVideoResponse ok first off ur basis a whole belief off of one genetic freak who admits that he would not advise it to others bc it has worked for him but normal thought is that it shouldnt although i do no a guy who tried a similar style and i myself have tried it with great success is doing back to back days for a week and then going off for a few days which is exactly what nesser did u made it sound as though work out everyday day every body part that is what i said is stupid

  • @BestVideoResponse finally will that build mass bust plateaus and what not yea it will but i wouldnt do it for more than a month at the most or else your damaging your joints and not allowing regeneration of muscles the muscle grows during rest so take a day i suggest two days and u will grow faster than as you say work every muscle every day
