I live in Glendale AZ & the PD will not help! The apartment management claim they can't do anything! The dog in the apartment next to me he leaves his apartment at nite & day & his dog barks & howls for hour's non stop! What do I do? This constant dog barking has made my life hell! How much to get a lawyer & what can I do to prove of the barking when other tenants refuse to help! I don't want him to claim I'm making his dog bark or cross the line of his privacy by video taping his dog barking?
if your city allows noise from 8am -11pm dogs bark, they are dogs! when you have a neighbour provoacking the dog to bark by spying out the window the can't do squat the only person making money is the lawyer! our civil courts do not like this type of nonsence! i know my neighbour hates my lab that plays with my children outside and the police and by-law told him! dont like it stay away from the window! airlines tried to place laws on babies crying. where did that get them? nowhere!
