last month my mom and i travelled to dubai and on the way back home, my mom suffered sprain ankle and when we were onboard mas crew really helpful. They always be attentive to my mother's condition and just couldnt help to offer hands every half hour. their passion for customer service was amazing. i was really grateful and thank you for the crew whom made our journey easier and memorable.

A new uniform is ok..but please maintain the kebaya - they look so elegant in it. I agree with someone commenting on the modern batik - especially the bright colourful ones. Our stewardess (i think) is the most elegant in the whole world (together with Sing AIrlines: coz of the kebaya). NEVER NEVER go for casual whore look as in Air Asia..please. And i do agree, though cabin food is good, we can still improve (not top 5 in the world : Skytrax 2009).

Well..singapore airlines is always one of the best (the best in 2008 and 2nd to Cathay pacific 2009) - and MAS is no.8. There's never doubt about that. I just give constructive comments to MAS at it's my national aircraft.

@as97ir Yes, their B737-400s and B747-400s are quite old aircrafts. Because of that, their B737-400s will be replaced with the New Gen B737-800s and I think they should replace their B747-400s with the B747-8s too.

I love malaysia airlines too, their food offering is good and service is superior.. but i dislike the stewardesses' uniform. It looks like a cheap SIA knock- off. Sorry, just my honest opinion.

i remeber a few years ago, when i was onboard malaysia airlines. my little sister was crying and a flight attendant came and carried my sister for a little walk around the cabin and came back a few minutes after with my sister having a happy face. their service is really 5 stars

I used to work for MH at Schiphol Airport (AMS) in the Traffic dept. untill some of us, incl. myself were made redundant! Nevertheless I enjoyed working for them and must say that even after long flights the crewmembers were allways attentive and seemingly happy, even with us the collegues on the ground. I will allways remember the pleasant, cheerfull encounters during my time with MH.

Just have to accept that not everyone can get the perfect treatment, and trust me, being a steward/stewardess is not an easy task when you work at MAS. And please, MAS has been known as an airline for the family.

I think the stewards and stewardess of MAS are one of the best I've known. They'll talk to you as if you are their friend. As for language, I don't think it would be a big deal, cause I believe some cabin crews from other airliners like ANA or any other Japanese airliners have poor English..

Btw, MAS is my choice cause they SMILE a lot.

there was a time when i was made to feel second class over treatments given to mat sallehs on my country's own airline. those times i dumped mas. few years in their reds now they back and better. i just flew on one to sydney recently and i can feel the new spirits of mas. i like it. today they are the best among the best. well done.
