Shogun777: thanks for this demo - I have to say this sounds like heaven. I initially wanted a Lone Star but have been looking at all kings of other demos and trying different amps. Listening to this, I'm beginning to think no other amp but the Lone Star Special will do it for me. It's like Fender but without so much ping and so WARM - there's those lovely creamy mids and lows. Mind you that Suhr is not exactly an average guitar. Nice gear.

OMG1 this tone is sick! I've hated all the tone clips of the Lonestar special that I've heard. Even when i tried it I couldnt find a tone that i liked, but you make it sound amazing.

Seems like a very versatile amp with good cleans and overdrive. Have you played this in a live situation? Is it loud enough to cut through?

how do you think this amp compares to the fender deluxe reverb, i know they are very different, but do this amp crank up easily ? or do the deluxe beats the mesa when it comes to cranked tones???

well with the mesa, you can set it to 5, 10, or 30 watts, where as the deluxe reverb, you are stuck at a 22 watt setting. if you use a lp its easy to crank, but for this kind of tone, definately MESA!!!!!!!!
