@GhettoBlaster100 Well, in the beginning, it says a tale from Redwall, and sometimes books or shows don't up from where they left off. And it's not really like it doesn't pick up from where it left off, it's just going quite a couple seasons to find out what his son had done and all that. Hope this helped.

this was my favorite series out of the three when i was a kid. Tim Curry is great as slagar. I wish the animators didn't get lazy, especially towards the end (pay attention and you'll notice some characters drawn in scenes they dont belong) and that the show had to be dumbed down to be appropriate to children...i remember in the book the fights were way more epic and had a lot more casualties...they tried too hard to keep the violence off screen which sometimes makes the bad guys look stupid

@MisaMinako Because basically tv companies would rather waste their money on dumb crap like ICarly (granted it's decent but still really dumb) and Fanboy & Chum Chum then a show with actual heart and meaning. It only had 39 episodes which isn't too much compared to lots of shows today and it seems no one else wants to pick it up. In fact I remember 2004 was the last year, Redwall ever saw TV again.
