  • with ninja training always make sure you include precision, there's always room. For example, set up targets to land on for the speed skate.

    But for me training (Muay thai) releases high amounts (a lot more than normally with people) of endorphins and thats why I love training, it almost feels as good as sex but just almost.

  • dude i gotta thank you, i use to be a lazy bastard and im 14 right now, i got into working out when i was 13 but i was already in relativly bad shape ( 5'6 and 160 lbs barely any muscle) after that i cut up and now im 5'8 142 lbs. ive watched all your vids man and you've given me great ideas for extra excersises. thanks man

  • basketball, tennis, soccer, and a few more (those are on the top of my head) are really beneficial to speed, u should ask a trainer about some drills. personally i recommend plyometrics, footwork ladders, and lots of core and hip training so your laterall movement becomes more from your hips and gluets than from strickly only your calves

  • low key but, u really needa work on your "explosion." your first steps when u sprint or do anything is weak, your changing of diretion on your suicide has too much delay and yur foot work is mediocre. how can i say this, cuz i play tennis and i practically perform the same activities to train my legs.

  • you're slacking on the suicides. youre supposed to dive halfway with your upper body and hit the line so that your lower body has to fight the momentum and then you use ur lower body to explode back up to the other side. other than that, have fun and good luck
