I remember seeing this on HBO. The "teleporting" in this clip is because someone saw fit to edit out the parts where Carl is rubbing the cadaver babe's nipple...which is censorship working against the plot, because the woman's nipple gets erect from Carl's rubbing, which is what prompts Martin to take a closer look, which is where she jumps up and grabs him. Without the nipple erection, there's really no reason for Martin to be alarmed about the "cadaver". So thanks, censorship.
