  • Actually it was John Hutchinson whom came out with the Crystal Batteries first...

now everyone is acting like John Hutchinson didn't do it first and Not giving him Credit for his Discovery...

  • Fools gold! Ha! How apropos . . . suitable for making a fool's battery!

  • How long would you say does that power last? (hours, days, etc.) also, how much power does it produse? is it like a potato or better maybe?

  • I had a dream where I saw the power cell for a ufo ship. It was a cylinder filled with a blue liquid crystal substance. Not sure how one could make such thing but I want to try some day. It was one of those vivid dreams so I never forgot it.

  • That Rocks !! Thanks for sharing. Tec

  • john hutchinson uses crushed quartz, pyrite, silica gel and liquid glass, heat it up with brass in it, and copper or steel on the outside. makes crystal lattice. cool it down. next pulse very high voltage through it, and BOOM it's a negative resistor, the BATTERY Version of a magnet.

  • @camelsonhorizon ---Wow! That sound good. I want one of those.

  • @Lidmotor I WILL BE making these and posting a vid soon. But i will be putting a high voltage back emf charge through the crystal batteries to "magnetize" them. negative resistor experiments here we come! ill send you a link

  • Hi Lidmotor , Great vid ,The power comes from the Magnesium . Have you tried gunpowder , bleach mix , with copper & aluminium electrodes ? It wont last for ever but it has a good output , it would be interesting to see how long your motor would last on this mix .

  • @stefb2005 ----Sounds interesting but I might blow myself up. :(

  • Lidmotor. Rock On! and Rock off, ok better stop there. John Hutchison also makes curious batterie out of strange materials, I was not aware that John Bedini also makes them. Remarkable and a heap of wild insights land right on you! aloha

  • @jackscholze -----One great thing about this hobby is that there seems to be no end to new and interesting little projects to try out.

  • One can just use magnesium, copper and liquid bleach and get a good battery...but you might need a resistor to protect your circuit; but one can dilute bleach. The liquid bleach is probably much safer to use than calcium chloride; although the combination listed will generate hydrogen gas. The downside is the smell of bleach which can irritate eyes, lungs...run such outside.

  • @pyrolytic ---- Thanks for the info.

  • Nice maybe this could work better if you ground up the rock into a paste then put the water and magnesium in a compact form might yeld some higher current. But this crude setup rocks.

  • @egn83b ----- Interesting idea.

  • Lid,if there was ever a power failure i know somewhere you would be reading in light or charging batteries LOL, thats amazing to see it work thanks a lot Lid, thats one battery that is good to go when ever you hook it up,other batteries would not have the same storage shelf life. You can store that forever (in pieces). Thanks john and Lid - Lid that was pretty cool

  • @ashtweth ---Hi Ash. We had a couple of power outages awhile back and it was fun using all my stuff. One night I was working on a project and just kept right on working. Everybody else in my neighborhood must have been using candles I guess. I was the only one with lights on in the house.

  • you need to check out Quasi-crystals

  • @Iseekoutthetruth ---Thanks. I'll check it out.

  • @Lidmotor Bob lazar said that is what some of the ufo where powered by, that and element 115

  • I’ve done test like this before with just purely a rock, in such a way that there’s no galvanic reaction like whats going on with john bedini’s rock battery. I have a video of it on my channel

heres part of the youtube link

    watch?v=gY18yt0ZzM8

  • @ibpointless2 -----I watched your video and also the one on John Hutchinson's crystal batteries. This is very interesting stuff. The lady who sold me the Iron Pyrite rock works in a facinating gem stone store and her comment to me was, "Ya know these aren't just rocks".

  • @Lidmotor

I’ve never been a fan of Hutchinson, or at least is studies in antigravity. Electricity from rocks is quite interesting, it was discovered by Thomas Townsend Brown and he called it Petravoltaic. It’s quite strange that rock will change voltage due to movement of the sun and moon. It brings up a good questions, every living things emits some emf, so does that mean that a rock is living when it emits emf?

  • @ibpointless2 i didnt know Thomas Brown did it first... I thought it was John Hutchinson...

    whom actually Crystals as batteries...

  • Nice Work Lid! Now your in my field of experimenting! Take a C or D size "Heavy Duty" Battery, take it apart, set the carbon rod aside, clean out the battery. Crush the pyrite to dust, pour it in with some of that calcium chloride, mix it up, shove the carbon rod into the center, get some liquid "Sodium Silicate" (eBay) pour it into the mixture, bake at 400 degrees, for 45 minutes. Bing, Rock battery that will -NEVER- stop.

  • @mrBr00k5 ---EXCELLENT!!! Thanks.

  • @mrBr00k5 Do you have a video so i can see yur work?

  • Interesting type of battery powered motor. Thanks Lid, Slinky

  • @slinky460 ----It was easy to make once you gather the parts.
