CUBA is a joke. Like all dictatorships. I am Cuban and I live in South Korea and I see how the North Koreans are suffering. Communism is evil. I saw that when I visited the border here. It is tense. The South Koreans send rice and medicine so North Koreans will not starve but they do. CUBANS are no better. Look at the images. It is worse than an African country. A country which used to be a jewel before 1959. Down with the Castros!
i agree with some of your comments but at the same time i believe that true art comes from pain and suffering.its our struggle who made us who we are today.we have struggled enough.its time for change.
Street grab for shoes, the govt workers dumped once size fits all and, the hungry wanna be consumers swarmed in, I know I was not meant to see this, I had wandered off the tourist circuit, Cuba is a funny place the tourists are free b/c who would spend money to lose their freedom, even if it is only for a vacation. If Kennedy and every American presidant since then wasn't AFRAID of Castro, Cuba would have been a free country long ago. Then most Cubans would have stayed and Miami would be a much smaller city today. Cubans BUILT Miami

its a poor country , but its people rich and unyielding where else can you find some of the hardest working people where in a week coming to the u.s. there already inrolled in universities and getting dr degrees. thanks to my parents who came to miami in the early 60s. bad thing is this is the only way i can see cuba. and being a military veteran at age 32 i wonder how proud i would have been defening a free cuba.
The reason is that cubans get 2 years of welfare and free education meanwhile the rest of us needs to pay or get student loans in order to get an education. also the cubans always hire each other and discrimate against others, everybody that lives in Miami knows it!
whatever!! every cuban that come to U.S. soil gets goverment help for two years! and cubans who never worked in the U.S. are collecting social security checks, I lived in Miami before and have some cuban friends. You need to stop spreading propaganga! miami is bankrupt because of the cuban corruption!
Yes it looks like such an amazing place...poor..thats pretty relative. They are very family and friend oriented and can take time out to enjoy life..as well as make most of the conditions they live in.
Many of us americans know nothing of those things.
I hope to visit Cuba some day. Looks like an amazing place.

When I look at the video's and pics, I immediatley think of the smell of good food and intoxicating music.
People dancing, playing dominoes and children running about. true community. Cuba has that and much more.

Yes it looks like such an amazing place...poor..thats pretty relative. They are very family and friend oriented and can take time out to enjoy life..as well as make most of the conditions they live in.
Many of us americans know nothing of those things.
