    It's muscle repair, above all, that raises your BMR. (you're not sweating out bad toxins lol, you're sweating out water, sodium, and (sex) pheromones)  :D

    i have just bought a treadmill and been using it for few weeks. i ccan do 22 mins at 6mph non stop, but failing to burn as much calorie that i wud like to. my target is 500 calorie in about 30-35 mins without killing myself. any tips?
