  • i like the way you guys eat, in a really relaxed way, and you look like your really listening to the food, ive actually had quite a few problems with food (from eating just eating alot, anorexia and now it scares me to say but i think im mildly bingeing)

    not only is my body not too happy, but its making me a bit insane too :(

    i really envy the way u 2 r around food we just eat of a coffee table i hate it! my food problems probably come from my family's careless ways of eating..

  • We don't eat quite this mindfully all the time (we were trying something new & different, after all), but thank you, and I think your observations are very insightful. We do always sit down at the table together to eat and try to be very aware of the flavors, look, texture, etc. of the food. It helps if you eat things like local, in-season fruits & vegetables and smaller quantities of good-quality foods with intense flavors, where the special attributes are very noticeable if you focus on it.

  • Shame you didn't get the result me and my bf have. We just tried some in tablet form and are happily sucking on limes and drinking margeritas as I type nom nom nom

  • Check out our follow-up videos with freshly-picked miracle fruit in Hawaii. We had much better results!

  • I just read as well that Within days of being picked the miracle berries start to lose the protein which gives them the properties to create changes in our taste buds. I jsut ordered tablets everyone reports much more success with them. Thanks for the vids!
