I love D'arcys hair, I spent ten minutestrying to french twist and secure my hair with chopsticks just like hers! It only lasted about half an hour though, one of my friends ran up and pulled out one of my chopsticks and my hair fell down :D Love the smashing pumkins, too bad most of the original members eaither died, got fired or left the band

@techy75 James is playing a Fender Telecaster Custom and I'm pretty sure Billy is playing a Fernandes not a Fender and @Hectur is right, D'arcy's playing a Fender Jazz Bass

on the record adore they used a drum machine. which means they had no drummer when they recorded.

From people. If you researched the album at all instead of assuming things you would know that Matt Cameron (Soundgarden) and Joey Waronker (Beck) played drums for the record. There were drum machines, but there were definitely drummers. It's not the same as the digital, fake drum machines that you apparently think dominate Adore's percussive section.

@Coleman7293 Actually on the album they used about 3 different drummers, including Matt Cameron and Joey Waronker. I think they tended to record drum sequences and then they were manipulated in the studio

Yeah, Kenny was just with the band for the Adore dates.

Don't think he played on that album though. I know Matt Walker did, and 1 or 2 others.

during the mellon collie era, the keyboardist died of a heroin overdose while getting high with the original drummer jimmy chamberlin. Because of that, Jimmy was fired from the band, only to eventually return for the album Machina. 2 main drummers were used in his absence, Matt Walker and Kenny Aronoff (this guy)
