  • We LOVE Bok Choy! I've actually grilled it! For those who've never tried it, Do! You'll love it too!

    It's a little like peppery spinach. This recipe is a "must do"!

  • Pete...Loved the recipe...but ditch the non stick pans! If you buy and season a cast iron pan...it will be just as non stick-ish as the chemically coated pans...and the plus is it will add a small degree of needed iron into the food!

    Gonna go get some bok choy tomorrow and do this up!
