there are 4 major investors to this project... Azure, SM Group, Travellers Group and Bloomberry.... Pagcor required that before any of this group can open a casino each should have a minimum of 800 rooms... that would be a total of additional 3,200 hotel rooms.....

on sept 15, 2011 the current chair of pagcor announced they have implemented stricter rules to ensure the philippines will get more share in the $111 billion gaming revenue.... philippine star reported that this project when completed will attract one million tourists.... haay... hope they will fastrack this project....

as far as i know''it should be finish by stage's..but the whole construction should be done by 2020''its a mega project after all,if everything goes smoothly..PAGCOR TOWER by 2014/PAGCOR ARENA by 2012/MANILA AQUATIC CENTER by 2016/CORASON AQUINO NATIONAL STADIUM by 2015/ MANILA EYE by 2016...and a lot of hotels recreation center''fun club''gaming facilities''shoping complex''and business district''and residential area etc..a part of it is done 1st.phase across the NAIA 3 terminal NEWPORT CITY.
