@KarthikSoun all animals follow a basic body plan, but there are small differences between animals. I don't remember the details, but some animals will have a certain artery, while others don't have that artery. Some people have an extra bone or two that connects two muscles (like the kneecap does) but again, it's rare. In general, people are basically the same inside.
