I knew that voice was familiar, it was Johnny Gilbert announcing Family Feud when Gene Wood was sick during that episode. Gene actually died at 78.59 years old on May 21, 2004.

That is Johnny Gilbert announcing "Family Feud". Gilbert was subbing for the late Gene Wood at the time.
