It's basically the "Armor of the Hall-warden" - a class specific armor from Moria.
Helmet is from the shop.

Most of it is still from Moria (Spear-Hurler's Armor, some aureate jewelry). Some jewelry is from Mirkwood. Listing everything would be too long, though :)
