the ped riot does end when you save the game then turn it off , when you reload the game the ped riot should be turned off. It just doesn't turn off if you renter the cheat code in the same game session being played . I use it every so often to collect free ammo.

it's on top of the tallest building in san fierro or you can just use the cheat and you automaticly get it
