1980: Joe Pesci brutally beats Frank Vincent with a shot glass and a car door.
1990: Joe Pesci brutally beats Frank Vincent then shoots him in the mouth then shoves him in a trunk then picks up a knife then stabs him repeatedly
1995: Frank Vincent brutally beats Joe Pesci with a baseball bat after ordering his brother killed with more baseball bats right in front of his eyes. Then Frank Vincent kicks them both into a shallow grave.
for 1 the movie is based on a real carecter and the real jake lomata is the referie of the last fight for all of you ignerent people who dont know shit aboat great films and anotherthing is that actrecess like betty davis and james cagney ,clark gabel, jean arther jaon crawfoed you people dont know shit
Frank Vincent even said him and Pesci have good chemistry on screen, Pesci's crazy in every in Scorsese movie, i haven't seen this one yet i have to see it though it looks good.
Joey is a man on a mission. He's trying to preserve his brother's marriage with the escarole. This is '40s Italian-American version of marriage counseling. Smashing the car door repeatedly on Salvi could be considered shock treatment.
Pesci Always seems to get into a fight with Frank Vincent in a movie together, Joe Pesci Record 2-1 Frank Vincent Record 1-2 looked like Joe Pesci might have been told to go home and get his fucking shinebox off screen
@Dannymac82 he he he - good call!! The Billy Batts scene from Goodfellas was one of the best gangster scenes ever! Especially aftrerwards when they went to Pesci's mothers house (who was actually Scorcese's mother in real life) and she was showing them her paintingsd and stuff....... great scene!!
Pesci, DeNiro and Frank Vincent are all fantastic, but everyone overlooks the performance by Nicholas Colasanto -- perfect as the quiet but absolutely evil and manipulating mob boss.
i love joe pesci roles, always calm and colective, but if you fuk with him lol he goes nutts lmao. i love it. this movie is realistic, no effects, just plain good acting
i was waiting for the moment for Pesci to let loose into an angry violent guy. Maybe becaused I've watched casino and goodfellas so many times I was just kinda expecting it.
to piggy back what smackncrack said. love that scene w/ DeNiro and Pesci walking down the hall w/ the hats tilted to the side, loved it! Has to be one of the smoothest scenes!
the bit where they p[ut hand over shoulder is great.....two bropthers holdon on 2each opther coz they only got themselvs to hold onto now...a line has bin crossed!!!!

Whenever Pesci and Vincent are in a movie together, Scorsese always has one of them beat the crap out of the other.
osamabad 2 years ago 2
ya, and in this and goodfellas Pesci always wins lol
dbarnett87 2 years ago
Yeah, but he was dealt the final blow in Casino. I guess Scorsese decided he should lose for a change. What a nasty way to go. Ouch.
