WIndsor and Weybridge (I think) are mostly commuter routes. Reading not as much, up until Staines, seeing as people from the Reading end mostly just get a HST service direct to Paddington. Sorry for the delay in replying.
Yup, but there a lot of intermediate stations always served on that line. Egham, Virginia Water, Ascot, Bracknell, Winnersh etc. Always packed at rush hour anyway...

The 450's are better than the 444's. My opinion anyway. But the SWT 455's rule! I don't like the southern 455's though.
